Frequently asked questions
- Which marketplaces does Omjaniva support?
- Meesho today. Flipkart and Amazon are planned. We will announce them when they are ready, and will not list a marketplace as supported before it works.
- Do I have to give you my Meesho password?
- No. You download your reports from your own Meesho panel and upload them to Omjaniva. Omjaniva never asks for your Meesho login.
- Does Omjaniva change anything in my Meesho account?
- No. It only reads the report files you give it. The optional browser extension in its store version does not contact Meesho at all.
- Which Meesho files do I need?
- The Orders report (CSV) and the Payment report (XLSX or the zip Meesho gives you) are the core. You can also load the GST report and the Inventory Update file for GST totals and your product list.
- How is profit worked out?
- For delivered orders: the amount Meesho settled, minus what the product cost you (price, GST and packing, which you enter once per SKU). For returns: the fees you lost, with no product cost. If a payment or a cost is missing we say so instead of guessing.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan covers one store with a monthly order limit. The paid plan removes the limit and adds extra features. See the pricing page for current prices.
- Is my data safe?
- Each seller's data is kept separate from every other seller's. You can download everything or delete your account and data yourself from Settings. Read the privacy policy for the details.
- Can I use it for more than one store?
- Yes, within your plan's store limit.
